Wilson Tech Information

Wilson Tech offers valuable technical and vocational training opportunities for Smithtown High School students in 32 different program areas. Programs at the five Tech campuses will provide students with a foundation for success in the workplace or college forum. For more information on the programs offered, view their website at www.wilsontech.org.

Attendance Policy The Wilson Tech Certificate of Completion is the student’s admission to the workplace. It indicates to the employer that the student has attained skill levels and met professional standards for his/her chosen area of study. In addition to the requirement that students receive a passing final grade and successfully complete Career and Financial Management, students must maintain a record of attendance reflecting at least 90% of the scheduled instructional days in a school year to receive a Certificate of Completion from Wilson Tech. This policy allows no more than 18 absences per school year - there are NO excused absences from Tech.
